Yes, for Banh mi’s we have #14 Tofu and #17 vegan “beef” that is prepared vegan. Also, #15 tofu bologna and #16 veggie “chicken” can be requested to be made vegan by removing our house mayo. For appetizers, we have vegan spring rolls and tofu salad rolls. Our rice/noodle bowl vegan option is our ginger/garlic soy marinated tofu, battered and fried.

Absolutely, our bread does not contain dairy or egg. We use simple ingredients such as flour, salt, sugar and yeast only. All our sandwiches are peanut free and dairy free. Please let us know your dietary restrictions upon and we are happy to accomodate!

We can cut the sandwiches in half upon request. Unfortunately we do not reccommend cutting into thirds as the fillings might not hold during transit.

If consuming the sandwiches within 2 hours, it can be left in room temperature but for best quality, we suggest reheating in air fryer/oven for 3 mins at 275F. If planning to enjoy the sandwiches after 2 hours, reccommended to keep refrigerated, then warm up in oven/air fryer before eating.

We reccommend requesting the sandwiches not toasted and separate the veggies. Before serving, toast the sandwiches and add the veggies for best quality.

Yes, we have salad rolls made with lettuce, choice of protein of tofu or shrimp/pork wrapped in rice paper. We can also custom make the salad rolls with any sandwich filling upon request i.e.: chicken, beef, pork. Our popular rice and noodle bowls can be prepared gluten free as well.

For smaller orders, we will indvidually wrap the sandwich with parchment paper and pack inside paper bags for transport. For large orders above 30 sandwiches, we offer carboard trays (1.5ft by 2.5ft) to hold the sandwiches.

Yes, we bake our bread in house fresh every morning. You’re welcome to drop by our stores to pick up a few. For larger quantities above 2 dozens, please give us a call. For orders above 50, please give us a day notice.

Yes, Our deli meats are made in house, with the same recipes we’ve used for generations in our home. We use simple and fresh ingredients. Our meats are fully cooked and we do not use any additives that alter shelf life in our food. Our house made mayonaise is made with pasteurized egg yolk. It is perfectly safe to enjoy-for baby and mom!
